Anxiety Therapy

I support clients in easing and managing anxiety through a blend of cognitive and mindfulness-based interventions. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns, build awareness of the mind–body connection, and practice grounding and coping skills that calm the nervous system. My goal is to help you develop practical tools you can rely on—both in moments of overwhelm and in your everyday life—so you can feel more steady, present, and in control.
