I integrate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help you understand and shift unhelpful beliefs shaped by traumatic experiences, while somatic interventions gently reconnect you with your body’s signals in a safe, grounded way. Through nervous system regulation techniques—including breathwork, mindfulness, and grounding—we work together to reduce overwhelm and rebuild a sense of safety. My approach supports both mind and body, helping you move toward clarity, resilience, and lasting healing.
