You don’t have to have any experience with yoga, meditation, or breathwork to benefit from a more holistic approach to therapy.
In our work together, traditional talk therapy can be gently supported with simple, accessible practices like mindful breathing, guided meditation, relaxation, or light movement—all offered in ways that feel comfortable and approachable.
When we experience stress, anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma, it’s not just our thoughts that are impacted—our nervous system and body carry those experiences, too. Practices like meditation and breathwork can help calm the body’s stress response, creating a greater sense of safety, steadiness, and ease. From that place, it often becomes easier to explore emotions, shift patterns, and feel more connected to yourself.
There’s no pressure to “do yoga” or clear your mind in meditation or get anything right. These tools are always optional, collaborative, and adapted to your preferences. Whether we’re slowing down the breath, practicing brief guided meditation, noticing physical sensations, or incorporating gentle movement, the focus is on helping you feel more grounded, supported, and at home in your own body.
